After being turned down a couple of times for the London marathon through the ballot, I have decided to put my money where my mouth is and get a charity bond. After last years comedy triathlon, this year I will be running yet again for the Muscular dystrophy foundation. In case you are still unaware of this horrible disease, it is a genetic muscle wasting disorder, that in its worst form is fatal in young boys by their late teens.
