Dear All,

Sorry to those of you who are being tapped  up for the second year running, however I do so safe in the knowledge that its for a very good cause.

This year myself, Tony Wild and Dan Murray will be cycling 285m from London to Paris on the 15^th – 17^th of May, it`s 8 hours cycling per day for three days, i expect it to be "sore" to say the least.

My chosen charity is Cancer Research and of course is something that affects nearly every single one of us either directly or indirectly.

I lost both my parents to cancer and everybody i know has a connection to it of some sort.
