I am taking part in a challenging bike ride with a few collegues from the advertising industry.

2^nd-6^th June -  4 days of cycling.  A Total of 500 kilometres starting in London, via Frimley Park, via Shaftesbury, via Portsmouth and finally Brighton.  The chosen charity is St Dunstan’s, who give invaluable physical and emotional support to blind and visually impaired ex-Service men and women.
