Story

General fundraising has been hit very hard by the COVID-19 pandemic, including charities like the Invictus Games Foundation.

Thousands of fundraising events have been cancelled and many charities, particularly smaller ones, are struggling to maintain services because of this huge reduction in income.

This impacts all sectors of society from children to the elderly as well as the vital work in areas such as palliative care, serious diseases, mental health, housing support, food supplies and countless others that charities support.

On Sunday 26 April I'll be running for 26 mins, then cycling 26kms and then running for 2.6 miles. I might even see if I can manage 26 planks for 26 seconds each (ouch)...

I'll be doing this with some Invictus friends from across the globe. Together we can show the world we are Invictus and unconquered by the virus
