My husband was diagnosed. With chronic kidney disease 9years ago, born with 1 kidney we always knew he would need a transplant, Christmas last year he started dialysis which saved his life but also took over his life! On the 3rd August this year myself(wife) donated a kidney to him ! We are both making good recovery and look forward to celebrate Christmas this year and 25years of marriage next June! We want to raise money for the bkpa to help other patients suffering with this disease xx
