Hywel 'H' Edwards was our great friend who tragically died last year. If you knew 'H', then like us you were blessed in knowing someone who in equal measure was hilarious, kind, loving, and a complete berk.

In memory of 'H', we are going to run the Cardiff Half Marathon. We are still trying to work out what 'H' would have come out with in response to that but know that he will be looking on, pointing and laughing at us as we cross the line.

We are going to raise money for Llamau, a charity which 'H''s Mum's has chosen.

Llamau works in South Wales to improve the lives of socially excluded, homeless people. Llamau is an old Welsh word for steps, progression or threshold and typifies their work providing specialist advice, accommodation and support services to homeless young people with exceptionally high support needs, a client group that few other organisations are willing or able to assist.
