This is my 4th marathon in three years. I completed Paris in 2007, London & New York in 2008 and now London again in 2010 all for different charities.

 I've chosen Help for Heroes as my charity this time. The Lads and Lasses are only doing their job and getting very little support from the people running the country who should be helping them and their families in time of need.

Living near a Marine base, i have seen the support they give to the local community and just want to give a bit back.
