Story
Just a quick update to say Sarah and I managed to paddle 22.6 miles up Loch Ness with brother Dave's ashes stashed in a Worthington best bitter cool bag on board and it was fantastic. Luckily we did not drop him into the drink and he was scattered on the mountain the very next day.
We would just like to say a big fat thank-you to all our wonderful friends and relatives who have been so fabulously supportive throughout. The event has raised lots of lovely money for a very good cause and has been great fun in the process.
We would also like to congratulate Louise Read for all the very hard work she has put into the event and tell her how very very proud we are of her will and determination to pull this off.
Over 100 people joined in and proved that everyone can make a difference and that a difference is actually all you need.

For those of you who still want to donate you still have until December so plenty of time to save up!
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Bury Hospice Association gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
Thank you once again for your support
