Continuing with my genius plan to annualise my excercise and so leave more time in the rest of the year for socialising i shall be running my 3rd [yes, 3rd] Great North Run, and I'm hoping this year will not see a repeat of the projectile vomiting incident of 2007.

I will be running this year on behalf of Barnardo's as I believe that every child deserves the best start in life and the chance to fulfil their potential no matter who they are, what they have done or what they have been through.
