Yo!

I am running the Flora London Marathon on the 26th April 2009, in memory of my Granddad Jimmy Francis, who lost his fight to live on the 13th May 2005, to Motor Neurone Disease.

I need to raise 3k to secure my place in this, so any contribution what so ever will be hugely appreciated.

I am now in full training, and working my way up to get the Miles in. I am arranging a few Charity Events in the near future, to try increase my fund raising target.

Also to make you aware I have never run the Marathon before, so very nervous but excited too, but know I am doing it all for a very good cause, and I plan to run it in less than 5 hours...

I want to thank you now for your support and interest, and thank you from all the people who lives you will change.
