Hi all - its not too late to contribute!!

Managed to get around in 1 hour and 52 minutes - which was a result as far as I am concerned!!

Beautiful day in Cardiff and it was a very busy race - all around good event and hope that between this site and the sponsor form in work I should get to my target.

Hi all - thanks for checking out this page.

As you probably know my Dad passed away just less then a year ago following a short battle with cancer. The support provided to my mum by Marie Curie during his final weeks was incredible and I would like to support this extremely worthy cause whenever I can so that others can continue to receive their assistance. .

Due to financial constraints they did not always have nurses available and could not cover every night we requested assistance.

Please consider giving what you can - anything would be really appreciated.

It does not matter if its after the event as this site will be open for several weeks afterwards.  I am course circulating this link with only a few days to go before the race!!

Consider the "pain" of donation against the pain of distance running for which I am clearly getting far too old! 

My apologies to those I am asking again who generously sponsored me last time when I ran for Cystic Fibrosis in memory of Tom Woollam. I did say that was going to be my last half marathon - it has been a few years so I hope you are able to sponsor me again!
