Story

Hello there,

Thanks for visiting my page.
For those of you that know me know that I prefer the comforts of a nice hot shower, a warm bed and am not normally seen without make-up (that's for your benefit)

Well this year the 'one club' (Sarah Moxon, Emma Brammer, Rachel Hogan, Corrie Train and the rest of the Brammer crew - aptly named for our inability to go out and have just one drink!) have decided to do something good for Breast Cancer Care and Trek Peru to raise money for this fab charity. A holiday I hear you say.... not my idea of one. 8 hours of treking a day, uphill and at altitude. No amenities so yes we will be at one with mother nature. Sleeping rough (must remember to buy my sleeping bag) and no hot showers - re-phrase no showers so no washing my hair!!! And to top it all off the national cuisine in Peru is roasted guinea pig.....

Seriously though, we're doing this to raise money for women, men and their families across the UK that are affected by breast cancer. Every 13 minutes someone receives the devastating news that they have breast cancer. Your money goes towards providing information, practical assistance and emotional support to these people and when you think that Breast Cancer Care responds to over 2 million requests every year, I hope you will agree, it's a really worthwhile cause..

We'll be holding various fundraising events throughout the year to try and raise as much money as we can for the charity so watch this space for dates.

In the mean time if you fancy supporting this worthwhile cause then please leave a donation on this page. It's fast, secure and you can see the money going straight to the charity (and not to Nikki's personal shoe fund)

Dig deep cos karma is a great thing...

Cheers

Nikki
