The day after... I FINISHED!! Just waiting for the final time to come in but about 1hr 20mins by my watch. It was really hard by the end but crossing the finish line made it all worth while.

24hrs to the race..... I have been given some bad news - a close family friend has been diagnosed with liver cancer and things are not looking good. Its made me even more determined to raise as much money as possible for this charity. Its made me focus on the importance of their work.

3 Weeks to go...WOW! Since the launch of the page the donations have been coming in so quick! Thanks to everyone's support it really means so much to me, especially seeing names of collauges from other offices who i have never met but are happy to support me so THANKYOU!!

(The distance of the triathlon is - 20km Bike Ride, 2.5km Run, 200m Swim)

The training has been really tough, but nothing compared to those who Cancer Research help. I’m sure everyone knows what an important role Cancer Research plays but to continue their work they need our help - and that’s where you come in.
