Story

I've been attending a festival called Frankstock for 3 years now, which was set up in Norfolk by Frank Haines & carried on to great success by his family since he died tragically a few years ago, running a half-marathon in Connemara. I have decided it's time that I donated my time further than drinking cider in a barn in Norfolk and am now joining the team of 50 or so to partake in this very same Connemarathon in March 2009, a really long and hilly half-marathon, to raise money for the Frank Haines Memorial Trust. I thought it would be rather silly to run a half marathon since walking is my namesake, so I shall be walking with my good friend Gina Agnew amongst others. I know times are tough and all, but any money you can donate to this brilliant charity on behalf of my rather long walk would be wonderful!!! Thank You! Lots of love Olivia xxxx

About the charity

The Trust supports youth work in Tower Hamlets to provide support, education and opportunity for young people. We support one or more charities working with young people and make a donation to them with specific goals in mind to ensure that some good will come out of Frank's tragic death.
