We fund pioneering research to tackle bowel cancer.

Story

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor us online.

We'll be Abseilling down the London Underwriting Centre in London, a drop of 210ft down the buildings glass atrium.

The aim is to raise money for Bowel Cancer. Bowel cancer is a curable disease if caught early, yet it still accounts for over 16,000 deaths in the UK every year. By raising money and awareness, the Bobby Moore Fund contributes to improvements in the prevention and treatment of the disease.

Cancer Research UK currently spends £14 million on bowel cancer research, of this the Bobby Moore Fund raises over £1 million per year. As bowel cancer is the disease from which Bobby died, and is the second highest cause of death from cancer after lung cancer. Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Bobby Moore Fund for Cancer Research UK will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you. So please sponsor us now! Many thanks for your support. Nikki Little, Natasha Nugent, James Lockwood, Terry Wallman Stuart Frear.
