Streaming for 15 hours, raising awareness for the 1 in 15 people who attempt suicide over the course of their lifetime.

I know I have been affected by mental health issues in my lifetime, and I know how difficult it was for me to both admit and get some help.

It shouldn't be.

As much as it's a cliche, it's ok not to be ok.

Mind do some great work supporting those looking for help, and hopefully we can raise a few pennies for them as well as a little awareness.
