Naomi's 24 Hour True Crime Podcast for Victim Support

24 HOUR LIVE TRUE CRIME PODCAST · 17 May 2025
LINKS TO SESSIONS BELOW
Hi Everyone,
My name is Naomi and I host the 'Real' true crime podcast. I'm also a TV producer and journalist and I have a strong desire to help victims of crime get justice and to create awareness around issues that could create more victims in the future.
Victim Support UK is a service that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I've personally used their phone line in the past, having them there in my hour of need was something I am truly grateful for. So to acknowledge the 24 hours they are available to victims who need support, I'm going to be live streaming a 24-hour visual podcast.
I'm a tired Mum of two so I am sure this is going to be quite a challenge, but with your support (and plenty of coffee) I'm hopeful we can make a difference.
Many people listen to / watch / read true crime content and this is a chance to give back to those affected by crime.
Every hour will feature a new guest, from families of victims sharing their stories, professionals from the criminal justice system, other true crime creators and a few surprise guests along the way. The links to each session are below. Each session has a unique link as it will be downloaded once that session has ended, and then available on catch up in the coming weeks.
If you are financially able to, I'd appreciate any donation to this incredible charity. The true crime content I produce will always be free to access, so if you would like to give back to the true crime community, this would be so gratefully received.
Thank you so much,
Naomi Channell - Host of the 'Real' true crime podcast.
