Climbing height of Ben Nevis at local wall

To raise funds & awareness concerning cancer, for the benefit of research into prevention, causes & treatments of the disease, as well as for activities that can help sufferers & their families cope emotionally and physically with the challenges of living with & beyond a cancer diagnosis & treatment

Story

We’re Elen and Eleri. We’re 10 years old and enjoy climbing together. Last year we learned about Climbers Against Cancer. Both Elen’s Mum and Dad’s families have been touched by cancer, and someone Eleri knew recently died of cancer. So we want to put our love of climbing to good use by raising money for Climbers Against Cancer. During the Easter holidays, we’ll go to the climbing wall together 3 times and between us we’ll climb the height of Ben Nevis, the UK’s highest mountain. That’s 1,345 metres, so we’ll each climb 672 metres (approx 67 climbing routes). We’d love it if you’d sponsor us using the link below. We’ll keep you updated with how we get along. Thank you
