4Ed supports individuals and families in Gloucestershire who are living with MND and the financial pressures it brings. We achieve this through offering financial and psychological support to help mitigate the effects of the disease.

Story

Pete Glanville, Carl Hogg, Dean Ryan, Rob York, Lee Fortey, Gary Young, Rich Molloy, Richard Rudge, Rich Street, Tim Jones, Stu and Matt Diesel alongside a group of supporters are taking on a centurion cycle ride in aid of 4Ed.

Welcome to our fundraising page for the Slater Cup Cycle Ride! A group of Former Players of Gloucester Rugby are taking on a challenging yet exhilarating cycle ride from Gloucester to Leicester. Our journey isn't just about the 100 miles on the road; it's about making a difference and supporting a cause close to our hearts. This ride is 4Ed.

About 4Ed: In July 2022 Gloucester Rugby player Ed Slater announced his diagnosis with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) and thus the 4Ed campaign was created to raise awareness and funds in support of Ed and his family’s battle with the disease. What followed was an outpouring of support, generosity, and kindness from the rugby family across the globe.

By supporting this fundraiser you will be directly helping hundreds of families living with MND in Gloucestershire to access urgent financial and psychological support, allowing them to concentrate on the important things without the new pressures in front of them.

Thank you for your kindness in raising awareness and funds 4Ed and the families of Gloucestershire.
