A team of dedicated residents and tenants of Acorn Village are cycling 50 miles across the summer months in celebration of Acorn Villages 50th Birthday in collaboration with Wheels for All.

In 1972, Acorn Village opened it's doors to its first 13 residents with learning disabilities. It now supports over 55 residents and tenants and over 100 people benefit from workshops facilitated by Day Services.

At Acorn Village we continue to enhance the lives of adults with learning disabilities and make a difference, fulfilling the motto 'Life is for Living'. We make sure every adult lives their life to their full potential achieving skills and life ambitions in a safe and nurturing environment.
