We at 5Y Technology are taking part in the 30 Day Active Challenge to raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness with Breast Cancer UK.

Breast Cancer UK is unique in its focus on prevention. Breast Cancer UK works to reduce breast cancer rates by addressing risk factors, promoting lifestyle changes, and advocating for policy changes that reduce exposure to harmful chemicals linked to breast cancer.

How does the 30 Day Challenge work?

Spend 30 days doing ANY exercise-based challenge (this could be swimming, running or even star jumps!) and raise money to support breast cancer prevention. By doing this 30-Day Challenge, you will notice signs of your fitness and resilience levels increasing, so why not form a healthy habit AND raise money for breast cancer prevention?
