How to crush this 30-Day Challenge…
Don’t overdo it. If your body is saying no – listen to it.
Get creative. Have fun with your challenge. Listen to podcasts, dress in bright colours, do the exercises at random times!
Track your movements. By using our tracker you’ll be able to see how far you have come just from day one.
How does it work?
Spend 30 days doing ANY exercise-based challenge (this could be swimming, running or even star jumps!) and raise money to support breast cancer prevention. By doing this 30-Day Challenge, you will notice signs of your fitness and resilience levels increasing, so why not form a healthy habit AND raise money for breast cancer prevention?
How we will support you
In return, we will provide you with FREE online and physical fundraising resources and materials such as a handy tracker and Breast Cancer UK T-shirt (once you have your first donation from someone else). The downloadable tracker will help you to keep note of your schedule, as well as the mini targets each week. You’ll also get help and support from our experienced fundraising team!
