CMV Warrior Fundraising - Support CMV Action

Everyday across the UK many families are facing a battle with a little known virus called cytomegalovirus (CMV) & we were one of those families when we were given Betsy's diagnosis in 2019. We knew nothing of CMV previously but we soon came to realise the severity of this disease & the huge range of symptoms that can come with it; hearing loss, vision impairment, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, developmental delays, behavioural problems & in some cases the cause of pregnancy loss and still-birth.
CMV Action is the only charity in the UK working to raise awareness & support families affected by CMV. June is CMV Awareness month & we're joining their Warrior Campaign to raise funds to help provide vital resources & support for those families affected by CMV, ensuring they have the assistance they need to navigate this challenging journey.
The fear of this disease & how it can progress is something we're acutely aware of & if Betsy's hearing is the only thing affected, we consider ourselves extremely lucky. Please support our family and help make a difference by supporting and shining a light on CMV.
