Spread a Smile brings joy and laughter to seriously ill children in NHS hospitals and hospices across the country.

Through in-person and virtual visits and events, Spread a Smile’s entertainers – from magicians to musicians, artists, fairies and therapy dogs - enhance wellbeing and help young patients and their families cope with the pain and anxiety of serious illness and hospitalisation, developing bespoke relationships with each family and each health setting, so that we can offer the most impactful support.

My colleagues from Lambert Smith Hampton and I will be taking part in the Ridge to Realm challenge on the 23rd April. Comprising of a 13 km hike across the Malverns, problem solving on the go, abseiling and raft building.

It's not just me, there's 40+ of us dragging ourselves over the hills, dangling off of ropes and throwing ourselves in the river, regardless of the weather.

The work that Spread a Smile does for infants and young children that struggle through sickness is simply amazing. Every donation helps brighten the day of these courageous children and their families. So please from me and the team at LSH, help us to support the cause.
