Millions of Syrian people are in need of humanitarian assistance, and the situation is especially dire for those living in hard-to-reach areas.

This Ramadan Adam will be walking 100 miles to raise funds for Syrian families. You can donate towards the following:

1. Food packs to feed a family of 6 in Syria. Each food pack will cost £50 and will contain sugar, rice, bulgur, oil, lentils, tea, spaghetti, vermicelli and tuna.

or

2. Cash in hand in to support the most vulnerable and needy individuals and families in the country. We will provide each family with £100 in cash.

Please can you put down food or cash if you have a preference. If no preference stated then funds will be split over food and cash in hand.
