Story
Our team is taking part in the Kiltwalk to raise money for Clydebank Asbestos Group, a local charity that supports people affected by asbestos-related diseases and their families.
Widespread use of asbestos in Scotland’s shipyards and industrial workplaces has had a major impact across Scottish communities, with Clydebank among the most affected due to its shipbuilding history.
The charity provides practical support, advice, and information, including guidance on state benefits and civil compensation, and relies on donations to continue this work. Any support you can give is greatly appreciated and will help them continue supporting those who need it.
Chloe, Adele, Rebecca, Amy, and Lucy will be walking 14.5 miles in April to support this vital cause. Any donation helps provide real support to those affected by asbestos-related diseases.
