It’s that time of the year again, 11 years ago my daughter was robbed of an uncle she deserved, every year it gets harder for my fiancé and her family to get through it. Through all of the grief Lyn and Ian created the Lee Rigby foundation to give bereaved family’s breaks and respite's to help those who are struggling.

Last year I ran the great south run alone and raised needed funds for the foundation to continue the amazing life changing work they do, it was one of the most challenging things I’ve ever done but the most rewarding.

This year I won’t be running alone myself and courtney will be running together and we invite anybody who wants to run to run with us united.
