Story
I’m taking part in Fundraising Fortnight 2026 at The Crossley Heath School to help raise money for our school, Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice, Overgate Hospice and St Augustine’s Refugee Centre.
As part of the challenge, I’m trying to raise as much money as possible through my own fundraising efforts. Every donation, no matter how small, will help support terminally ill patients and families, vulnerable refugees rebuilding their lives, and exciting future projects at school, including our new 2G sports pitch development.
I was all ready to do this last year in my wheelchair but ended up being admitted back to hospital just before. I’ve looked forward to it ever since and on my road to recovery always said I will do the 2026 colour run and here I am!
Thank you so much for your support. It really will make a difference.
