Last year, Sarah and her children were made homeless. Baby and toddler groups at Home-Start were their only glimpse of normality. Julie, their BBC Children in Need funded Support Worker, helped Sarah's family rebuild their lives from scratch. They're now in their forever home and looking forward to the future.
