The Palace for Life Foundation has been changing the lives of young people in our community for over 25 years, using the power of sport, football and Crystal Palace F.C. to support those who need it most, especially young people who are hardest to reach and hardest to help.

Crystal Palace is a club that means so much to me, and as a club ambassador and patron of the Foundation, this cause is incredibly close to my heart. Since retiring, I have been proud to continue supporting the Foundation and the amazing work it does across South London.

This year is a special one, as the Marathon March celebrates its 10th anniversary. Palace fans, staff and legends will come together to walk 26.2 miles through South London, raising vital funds to help young people access mentoring, education, employment opportunities, disability sport, and mental and physical wellbeing support.

I would love to invite as many people as possible to get behind us, donate, share, or come along and support the incredible work being done in our community.

We are aiming for a record-breaking year — as a Foundation, as a club community, and as BAND, and every donation, big or small, will help make a real difference.
