Aksia Europe is fundraising for Rackets Cubed

Aksia Europe is raising money for Rackets Cubed
Supporting children and families to thrive through integrated school programmes and community hubs, combining activity, learning and wellbeing with access to food, support and strong local partnerships to build confident children, stronger communities, and lasting local change.

Story

We are delighted to announce that, on 7 September 2026, Aksia Europe will take on another hike in support of our charity partner, Rackets Cubed. To help smash our fundraising target, the team will tackle a 28km trail loop through the North Chilterns. Please support our efforts and give generously to Rackets Cubed.

Enhancing the long-term achievement of children from underserved areas in the UK. Rackets Cubed currently have over 1,000 children per week in the UK participating in programmes which integrate STEM education, racket sports and nutrition programmes. They aim to improve children's physical health and mental well-being, with a particular focus on building resilient learners.

Furthermore, in response to the COVID-19 lock downs, and what was expected to last only 3 weeks, Rackets Cubed set up The Roehampton Community Box, working with one school to help provide essential food and hygiene products to families who needed them most during the pandemic. Nearly five years later, they continue to do so and support 200 young children and 200 young families every week across Food, Activity, and Income poverty in a targeted partnership model.

Over 2026 we shall continue to support and volunteering at the Roehampton Community Box as well as target to raise a further £30,000 to fund four of their 24-week programmes. Your support in achieving this goal will be much appreciated!

(Please note that we guide to a maximum donation of £5,000 per firm.)
