AKT II Emergency Appeal for the Myanmar Earthquake

On Friday 28th March, a powerful 7.7-magnitude earthquake struck Myanmar. This was followed by another quake of 5.1 magnitude on Sunday 30th March, with strong aftershocks continuing.
More than 2,000 lives were sadly taken and there is significant damage to multiple cities, including the collapse of buildings, bridges, and other critical infrastructure. The UN has launched an international appeal for urgent aid in this worsening humanitarian crisis.
