In a quest to get from fat to fit I have signed up to the Scottish Half Marathon in Tranent on Auust the 18th.

To give extra motivation and focus I will be running to raise funds for Scottish Autism, a charity that is very close to home.

Scottish autism is an autism charity that exists to help those diagnosed with autism to lead full and enriched lives and become valuable members of society.
