Hi I am aiming to complete this year’s Great North Run (7th September 2025) and after much deliberation will do it in aid of MS-UK. It has been a tough year for me physically and emotionally and MS-UK is an amazing charity so any donations you can give would be greatly appreciated. I ain’t thinking of beating my previous time (I will be slowAF), just want to finish it for a good cause.

MS-UK was established in 1993, and is a national charity dedicated to empowering people with multiple sclerosis to make the most of today, and live life to the full.

MS-UK put people affected by MS at the heart of the work that they do. They provide high quality, professional services to support people living with multiple sclerosis, and they listen to people affected by MS.
