First challenge ever - and I'm doing it for our tiny mighty coop!

Labour Behind the Label is a precious and important collective - it's also very vulnerable right now.

At a time when fashion is a constant source of frustration, the vast majority of clothes are poor quality, made of nasty fossil fuels and their makers are kept in generational poverty, it's easy to lose sight of hope.

But garment workers are showing us the way. Women garment workers face obstacles in their organising that most of us could never imagine, and yet they do it and they keep doing it.

I’m taking on the Six Items Challenge this April because I want LBL to continue to be there to celebrate these women.
