This week marks the same week I did a wing walk 6 years ago, to celebrate the 5 year anniversary of my dear pal Steve Clark's heartbreaking and life altering diagnosis of Stage 4 Bowel Cancer.

So it feels only apt to agree to take on another aeroplane adventure that has opened up on Friday, thanks to my pal Hannah (who will also be taking part... despite her huge fears of being sick in the plane! 🤟) especially as this year we celebrate 10 YEARS since his diagnosis!

Not only that but Hannah's Dad was also diagnosed with Bowel Cancer and is also kicking its ass, so its a charity close to both our hearts.... and therefore, we have naturally chosen to do this and raise funds fornBowel Cancer UK and awareness of Steve's incredible charity, Strive for Five - Living Life with Stage 4 Cancer

We will be taking part in an extreme aerobatic flight where we will complete the "Big Five Extreme Aerobatic Manoeuvres": the Cravat (a vertical twisting manoeuvre named after the motion used to do up a bow tie), the Inverted Loop (which will see you roll the plane upside down), the Ruade (a dramatic high-speed tumble) and other "exciting" (🤢🤣) manoeuvres. (Sorry Mum)

Apparently we might even get the chance to fly the plane ourselves!

It's happening in less than 2 days so we have no expectations and we also recognise we are all in an economic slump... But if you fancy donating a 5er to Bowel Cancer UK, for sure it will be hugely appreciated and will mean a lot to Steve and Strive For Five too
