On Sunday the 14th of September, I will be taking part in the Admiral Swansea bay 10k run 🏃‍♀️

I am fundraising for Mencap Cymru. They are trying to raise £25,000 to build a new sensory room for the people they support.

This will help create a calming and safe space and allow individuals to develop their social and emotional wellbeing.

This room will be dedicated to Jan Kench, a wonderful Mencap campaigner who sadly passed away. Please give anything you can to help us reach our goal.
