The event kicks off at midday and there will be lots going on followed by an early evening networking social event which will include some amazing speakers, raffle, auction, drinks and nibbles.

This event supports Southend-on-Sea Samaritans.

Samaritans is a charity working to reduce the number of people who die by suicide and help those struggling to cope. Julie Bentley, Samaritans CEO, said: “Suicide is the biggest killer of men under 50, and men make up 75% of all suicides”

Samaritans believes that raising awareness at events like this will help break down stigma, unite people around a shared cause, and will contribute to their vision that fewer people die by suicide.

So with your support, lets help Southend Samaritans make that vision become a reality. Funds raised will go directly to help keep Southend Samaritans listening centre branch in Victoria Avenue open.
