I’m Running the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2026 for a Very Special Cause

In April 2026, I’ll be taking on the huge challenge of running the London Landmarks Half Marathon — and I’m doing it for an incredibly important reason.

I am running in support of the Mikaere Foundation, a charity dedicated to helping children living with Nonketotic Hyperglycinemia (NKH) a rare, life-limiting genetic disorder. This cause means a great deal to me, and the work the foundation does provides vital support, advocacy, research funding, and hope for families navigating an unimaginably difficult journey.

NKH is a condition most people have never heard of but for the children and families affected, it changes everything. The Mikaere Foundation is fighting every day to improve the lives of these children, fund research towards better treatment, and support parents who often feel alone, overwhelmed, and desperate for answers.

Why I’m Asking for Your Support

Taking on this half marathon will be a real physical and mental challenge, but it’s nothing compared to the challenges these children face every single day. Your donation no matter how big or small will make a meaningful difference:
