Hi all!

I have teamed up with Emma to take on ‘Race the Sun’ Jurassic Coast Off-Road Challenge for the children's charity Action Medical Research.

Emma and I work together at Bell Equine Vets, hence our team name, Bell’s Belles. We have previously competed in team triathlons together and have found time for the odd bike ride or walk.

Having returned to exercise after a frustrating few years of injury that stopped me playing sport, I fancied doing an endurance challenge and Emma suggested Race the Sun.

In June, we will be setting off at sunrise to cycle offroad, hike and paddle around a challenging course on the Dorset coast in a race against the sun.

We are racing in aid of the incredible children's charity, Action Medical Research. They have spent over 70 years funding vital research to help defeat the diseases that devastate the lives of sick and disabled babies, children, and young people.

By supporting our team you will be helping to find ways to reduce premature birth, to support children facing a lifetime of challenges caused by disabilities, and to develop cutting-edge therapies for rare and incurable diseases.
