Hi all!,

I have teamed up with Alison to take on ‘Race the Sun’ Jurassic Coast Off-Road Challenge for the children's charity Action Medical Research.

Alison and I work together at Bell Equine, hence our team name, Bell’s Belles. We have previously competed in a team triathlon together and have found time for the odd bike ride or walk. However, for me, since having my children, consistency has been more tricky, with several injuries along the way.

I therefore wanted to challenge myself with something adventurous that required more of a commitment, and along came this challenge.

In June, we will be setting off at sunrise to bike, hike and paddle around a challenging course in a race against the sun.

We are racing in aid of the incredible children's charity, Action Medical Research. They have spent over 70 years funding vital research to help defeat the diseases that devastate the lives of sick and disabled babies, children, and young people.

By supporting our team you will be helping to find ways to reduce premature birth, to support children facing a lifetime of challenges caused by disabilities, and to develop cutting-edge therapies for rare and incurable diseases.
