You may be aware that very sadly my lovely Dad passed away from cancer last month. He was taken care of very well by a Hospice team where he lived in Devon. I am doing this run in his honour and to raise money for our local Hospice, for all the invaluable work that they do for our local community.

Dad was encouraging of my running, usually 5k Parkruns. This is my first 10k event so I am pushing myself out of my comfort zone! I am hoping for your support and sponsorship and to do you, and my Dad, proud.

Our Team of StCH runners will be taking on a 10km or half marathon distance on 29th September across the beautiful Sussex countryside.
