I’m running the 2026 Royal Parks Half Marathon in aid of The National Brain Appeal, a cause that’s very close to my heart.

In January 2024, I suffered a stroke. The road to recovery has been long, and I owe my life to the hospital that treated me. Taking on this half marathon is my way of giving something back and supporting others affected by neurological conditions.

The National Brain Appeal funds pioneering research, innovative treatments and world-class facilities beyond what the NHS can provide. Your donation, however big or small, will help support its work to improve the lives of people affected by neurological conditions.
