Story
The “Cherrython” is a series of running challenges in loving memory of James Cherry, who passed away on the 18th July 2025 at just 52 years old.
We'll be doing a half-marathon fun run in March 26', and Bristol 10km in May 26'
This brings together our friends, family, and colleagues to celebrate James’s passion for life, running, his spirit of togetherness, shared stories and experiences, and his commitment to making a difference.
That certainly lives on in Alfie, James’s son - who was inspired to raise money in tribute to his Dad, and the reason why we’re doing the Cherrython.
Together, every step will honour James’s memory and will raise crucial funds for St Peter’s Hospice, supporting Alfie on his fundraising quest.
St Peter’s Hospice has only 20% of its costs covered by the NHS - they need these crucial funds raised by supporters like you. So please dig deep...
