Thousands of people take part in Ride+Stride every year to raise funds to support their local churches and county historic churches trusts. In our area we raised over £30,000 in 2022, for individual churches and for our grants program for Gloucestershire Historic Churches Trust.

A group from Longhope, will be walking from Churcham Church, to Longhope Church visiting Bulley, Huntley and May Hill churches en-route on Saturday 9th September. We are looking forward to visiting each church, and raising money at the same time. Please sponsor us for doing this 8 mile walk between each of the churches within our benefice.

50% of all money raised will go directly to Longhope Church funds. The other 50% will go to the Gloucestershire Historic Churches Trust. Longhope Church benefitted directly from the trust last year, as were recipients of a grant to help towards the Tower repairs.
