Cancer has changed my life in ways I never expected.

I am watching people I love so much fight battles that no one should ever have to face — battles full of fear, pain, and impossible strength.

When everything felt overwhelming, I turned to running.

I started lacing up my trainers as a way to cope with the stress, the fear, and the heartbreak of seeing the people I love suffer. Running became my outlet — a way to process the helplessness and sadness that I didn’t know what else to do with.

Now, I want to turn that personal journey into something bigger.

I’m running the London Marathon 2026 for Worldwide Cancer Research — not just for myself, but for them. For my dad. For every family who’s sat in a waiting room, praying for good news. For every person who's woken up wondering how they’ll get through another day.

Worldwide Cancer Research is fighting every single day to create better treatments, earlier diagnoses, and real hope. They are giving families like mine something to cling to. Something to believe in.
