Story

Why I’m fundraising forNottinghamshire Mind and taking part in Mental Elf 2025

1 in 4 people will face a mental health challenge each year. Mental health affects us all - it’s something we can’t afford to ignore.

That’s why I’m taking part in Mental Elf 2025 to support Nottinghamshire Mind. They provide vital, compassionate help to people in Nottinghamshire - offering a friendly ear, connection, and practical tools to help people build resilience and improve wellbeing.

Most of their services are free or low-cost, but they rely heavily on fundraising like this to keep their doors open and their teams available. By sponsoring me, you’re helping ensure they can continue to offer hope, connection, and real support to those who need it most.

Please donate whatever you can to help me smash my fundraising goal - and to make sure no one faces mental health challenges alone.

Thank you so much!
