Amy's fundraiser for Crohn’s & Colitis UK

Amy Shaw is raising money for Crohn’s & Colitis UK

123 CrossFit Challenge

We’re the UK’s leading charity for Crohn’s and Colitis. Right now, over 500,000 people in the UK are living with a lifelong disease that many people have never heard of. We’re working to improve diagnosis and treatment; to fund research and to raise awareness.

Story

Right now, an estimated 1 in 123 people in the UK are living with some form of inflammatory bowel disease and the real number could be almost double that.

Because of the stigma and misunderstanding surrounding these types diseases, thousands of people are suffering in silence.

But they’re not alone.

That’s why myself and others are inviting people to take part in a challenge called the 123 Challenge. It’s a workout designed to push people’s limits while raising awareness about IBD. The workout can be adapted to all abilities and can be done solo or as part of a team, with movements changed or reps adjusted so anyone can take part.

Here’s the challenge:

Bike/Row/Ski 123 cals

123 DB snatch

123 Burpees

123 KB Swings

123 Box jumps

123 Double Unders

123 Wall balls

123 DB OH lunge

Row/Bike/Ski 123 cals
