Hi everyone,

On the 28th of June 2025, I will be taking on the Snowdon Sunrise Challenge, a trek that promises to be both exhilarating and rewarding. I am excited to raise money for our Neonatal Unit, where I have the privilege of working as a Neonatal Nursery Nurse. Every day, I witness the incredible strength of families as they navigate their journey in caring for their precious babies.

Having experienced my own journey to parenthood, which took around over 10 years and involved 11 pregnancies, I understand how emotional, draining, frustrating, and scary this time can be. My own time spent in the Neonatal Unit has given me a unique perspective on the challenges faced by families during these critical moments. The help, support, and reassurance I can offer others stem from my own positive experiences.

Worcestershire Acute Hospitals Charity plays a vital role in supporting patients, staff, and services within Worcestershire’s acute hospitals. Their mission is to make experiences less difficult, create more comfortable environments, and ease the working day for everyone involved. This cause is incredibly close to my heart, and I am grateful for every opportunity to contribute.
