Story
Welcome to the Worcestershire Neonatal Services, Superstar Team fundraising page! ✨✨✨
Mel, Michelle, Liz, Andrea and Claire are taking on the challenge to walk the mountains of Snowdon in the middle of the night to the rising of the sun 🌅
We will be doing this in the early hours of Saturday 28th June 2025 😀
About us:
Mel has worked as a nurse within neonates since qualifying in 2017, after realising it was the perfect job for her. She is currently studying for her qualification in speciality (QIS), to work in intensive care. Outside of work she has two lovely children, enjoys lots of crafts and playing games, and is a Brownie (Girlguiding) unit leader 😁
Michelle has worked in neonates for a bit longer than Mel and has recently completed her QIS course 🤗 She has two wonderful children, and in her own time, enjoys travelling and going on special days out with her family. Michelle is such a kind, lovely person who brightens up the world 💞
Liz is an amazing midwife who predominantly works in Transitional Care. She has a wealth of knowledge and is simply brilliant in every way! 😄 She enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her family.
Andrea is a great Nursery Nurse, who is compassionate and caring and has spent time on the other side of things when she became a neonatal parent not so long ago. She is fun and witty as well as being a strong independent woman 💗
Claire qualified in 2009 and started working as a paediatric physiotherapist in 2016 and sees some of our NICU babies for follow up. She began working on the Neonatal Unit at Worcester Royal Hospital as part of the AHP (Allied Health Professional) team last year. She has 2 boys of her own plus a Labrador puppy she loves to take for walks ✨
Please leave us some encouragement, and some money if you can, we really appreciate your support!
Thank you!!! ✨🌈💖💞✨🌈💖💞
